Your full purchase will be refunded, with no reason required, for all unused credits. A credit is one unused download. For those that buy one at a time, sending this form terminates the agreement and there is no refund because there are no unused credits. For 12, 24 and 36 subscription plans, the refund will be for the unused credits. If it's an unlimited plan, the refund will be $75.00 less $4.95 for each new download made for the month in question. It would never be more than $75.00 because unlimited subscriptions are paid one month at a time rather than quarterly or yearly.
