Customers who buy an average of one or two items per week respectively earn a 5% rebate each quarter for 12- items purchased and 10% for 24 or more. It’s real simple. Just make one purchase a week. If at the end of the quarter (e.g., for the period Jan 1- Mar 31) you have purchased 12 items, you qualify for a rebate. The minimum is 12 per quarter rather than one each week. A check is issued by the end of the month of the new quarter (e.g., April 30th for the 1st quarter of the year), as long as the amount equals $10.00 or more. You do not have to complete any paperwork or fill out any forms. There is no fine print to get your rebate check. Your only requirement is to purchase the minimum at the appropriate rebate level.
